Mindset Challenge Day 10 - Meditation

Today Mark spoke on the importance of meditation. It has a huge effect on your days and by meditated it can help you get things done in half the time. Meditation is for us to take a step back from ourselves, our thoughts and what ever is going on in the world. If you have never meditated before let today be the first day you give a go.

To put this into action sit in a comfortable place and breathe in and out of your nose. Count up to 10 and restart. If you start thinking and lose count because of your thoughts, just star over and keep going for 10 minutes. Concentrate on your breathing, do the 10 minutes and see how it goes. See if it makes your day different.
