Be you, Follow your Own path and Do something

I woke up today listening to Seth Godin and Gary Vaynerchuk on the Gary Vee Show.. These guys make me realize the importance of just being yourself. They are two of the same type of people but they are so different. Seeing them interact together is kinda funny, Gary is a super content, social media guy and Seth is not.

The message I got out of their conversation today was to be yourself. Follow your own path by setting your own personal goals, and connect. Seth's argument is that every person has the ability to succeed and make a difference and Gary is the opposite, if you do not have the chops then it's just not in your period.

Great show today check it out, if you haven't seen it yet.

Client Work | Signature Spring '16

Here is a photo shoot I recently did for my clients from Signature Innovation Group.

I do not consider myself a photographer, I just take pictures and he appreciates my work.

My true focus is business development and helping them stay consistent with content.

I really liked how the pictures came out, I also shot quick video for them as well.

Vibes | Russ - Losin Control

I'm going to get to dropping music for you guys and girls. I am a huge music junkie and I have some music for you to vibe to. I did not create none of this music, but it's music you can find me vibing to on a daily. You will love it, I'm good.

I'm going to start it off with this song by Russ. It's called Losin control.

My review:

I think it's real vibish, the song has this is chill very consistent flow. It's something you can listen to going on a trip somewhere, reading, walking, or just chilling. It has a active feeling to me, there are songs like this that make me want to relax and chill but this make me want to bounce and move.

Check it out.

Thanks for listening,

What do you think?

Here is a hydration calculator if your still not sure how much water to drink after watching this video.

Client Work : Pro - promo video

Here is a promo video I put together for Pro.

He is a wise and motivational rapper. There are plenty rappers in the world, but the thing that makes Pro different to me is is approach to this music and life. He is the first rapper I have ever meant that is was vegan. He reads books all the time, attends mindful meetings and always has words of encouragement for me when I see him. His words always impact me and he makes me think and I appreciate him as a human being. I encourage anyone who listens to music and actually listens and not just let music play to go check him out. He has been creating music for years and this is the first time in his life he is actually putting his work out to the world and it's great to hear. So check him out if you can.

Mindset Challenge Day 11

Today we learned the importance of good night sleep. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep is great for the the body but after learning about the science tested times of sleep, 8 hours is not the key to great sleep. The key is getting to sleep between 9:30-10:30pm.  This allows our bodies to fully shut down and it fully replenishes our system to so we feel energized and wide awake in the morning.

Here is a great video on the importance of sleep if you are not sleeping enough.

To put this into action, try to go to sleep before 9:30-10am tonight. See if you notice a difference in your mind and body.

Client Work | Pro

I am currently working with a Rapper, Vegan, Entrepreneur. He is a rapper by the name of " Pro " that speaks on the things that are going on in the world and his focus is to move people forward with positive influences in his songs. He encourages, motivates and tells people to move, follow their dreams, while living up to his words by taking action and using his talents of putting words together to make his change in the world. I am very proud of being able to work on this project with Pro.

One of the things we are focusing on first is his Instagram. I made this quick video for him to post and begin building his awareness as an artist.

Pronation - Black Owned Studio Reel from Travis Triggs on Vimeo.

This is a fun project so far. I have been helping him with his marketing and thinking of ways to campaign his new project. I will be posting more information as time passes.

Mindset Challenge Day 10 - Meditation

Today Mark spoke on the importance of meditation. It has a huge effect on your days and by meditated it can help you get things done in half the time. Meditation is for us to take a step back from ourselves, our thoughts and what ever is going on in the world. If you have never meditated before let today be the first day you give a go.

To put this into action sit in a comfortable place and breathe in and out of your nose. Count up to 10 and restart. If you start thinking and lose count because of your thoughts, just star over and keep going for 10 minutes. Concentrate on your breathing, do the 10 minutes and see how it goes. See if it makes your day different.

Trips | King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, Ca

These past few days I disappeared of the grid and went to a off road crawler show. I had to work the show with my manager for 3 days and 4 nights. It was a pretty cool show, there were hundreds if not thousands of off off road cars. We were woking with the Polaris Manufacture team as well and they were taking people of demo rides while we hosted the booth and gathered information.

That trip was a great experience. Now time to get back to work.
