Go Against the Odds

The video below has touched in a way, most videos have not.

Elon Musk inspires me. He's such a forward thinker and is willing to lose it all for his ideas.

I want that drive in me so bad.

I'm trying to find my inner power and my inner willingness to work harder for my dreams. That non fear of failure and willingness to go for it.

I personally want to make a difference in this world while I'm here.

I want to inspire, motivate, I want people to look at me and say keep going and continue doing what you're doing.

I know there are going to be people who are not going to support me and my bigger visions. There might even be people who hate me and that's fine.

But that's enough of me running on and on. Take a look at the video below and see if it touches you in some way.

It may or may not effect you like it did to me.

Just know, when you believe in something and know it's something you personally want,  just go for it.

Take the risk and don't stop trying. Learn and act like the greats.

Enjoy.

Value Perspective

I keep hearing this word "Value" thrown around so much. Giving value towards selling something, helping someone, just moving towards or gaining something that is important to an individual. Providing value is so important to personal growth. By giving value your not just trying to take advantage or convince someone to do something they don't want. Your helping without expecting a return and putting things in perspective of what really matters and Why it is important.

I think this is where the future of marketing, selling and living is going. That word also is a representation of honesty and truth to a certain degree.

One definition of Value is :

a person's principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life.

So go out today and provide value. If you are in sales this can definitely help create more sells for you. If your not in sells and are a shopper, look at things from the value point of view. If it does nothing for you. Keep your money, make investments, quit spending money.

Here is a great video on Value :

Value is a Major Key to Success.

Let's catch up. 7 vital things

So the past few months I have been moving around and getting myself in order. I've recently moved to San Diego for a change in my life and an escape from the Inland Empire for a while or possibly forever. It been a fuckin struggle though. I got this job at this company( not going to drop names) but it's a construction company and I sell stuff. I originally got this job because I was told about all this money I could make. I didn't realize all the fun and joy I would give up. It sounded like a great idea at first, I could make a few $100k's a year, I would have great leadership to help guide me, their very supportive but it didn't turn out that way. I was under the assumption that I would be working with clients that knew what they wanted and I would just be assisting in the process and closing deals. Come to find out I have to drive all over the city, create custom designed layouts, have no real support, no leadership, more like dictatorship, all bad.

Now I consider myself a creative person, I create video's, to take pictures, they come out pretty nice. I've designed motorcycles, I've designed clothes, I know my lane. I know myself very well and designing layouts is not what I do and it's really been fuckin me up. Some people like to draw, I really don't, just like some people like reading or writing. Some people skinny girls some don't, some people like thick girls some don't. You should never have to force yourself into to something you don't like, especially if it's going to cost you your motivation or joy of living.

This experience was needed, it's taught me 7 vital things which i think are very important to living and growing.

1. Smile, laugh and be around positive people all the time.
2. Money is important but not worth giving up joy and happiness.
3. Try to be around your family, friends or supportive people when your going through tuff times.
4. Hard work pays off but It may not give you the results you want. But you will have results.
5. Appreciate the small things.
6. Never give up on your self and your goals.
7. Now is always the time.

It feels good to get back on my blog. Thank you to my current followers, I see you checking in occasionally.

I'm back.

My 30 day Mindset Challenge with Mark Dhamma - The Mind

Today I started a 30 challenge with Mark Dhamma

It's called Limitless, Transforming your life in the next 30 days. I am one of those people who understands the power of thoughts and actions. My only hold back is my follow up to my actions and thoughts. On our first lesson Mark talks about the Elephant metaphor and how our conscious mind is controlled by our subconscious mind and how it stops us from truly accomplishing our personal goals. The elephant metaphor is the idea of a person riding a elephant is the conscious mind and the elephant is the subconscious mind.

Mark wants us to think about how our subconscious mind stops us from achieving our goals. He wants us to wake up and find a way to take control of our subconscious mind and lead our own path to success by asking questions to ourselves. The first thing he has us do is write down at least 3 things we've Consciously wanted but procrastinated with? Secondly, he wants us to write down what beliefs have we been conditioned with, like things we live by like quotes, sayings, or things that you believe are real that hold you back unconsciously?

Here are some of my answers to these questions.

1. Write at least 3 things we've Consciously wanted -

* I want to run my own business my own business again.
* I want to be financially free and not have to worry about money.
*I want to help build entrepreneurs and make dreamers into believers.
* I want to be healthy and physically fit.
* I want to manage my finances.
* I want to enjoy reading books on a daily.
* I want to have more time to spend with my family.
* I want to bring my friends and family together and have a monthly fun day.
* I want to travel to different countries.
* I want to be a multi millionaire.
* I want to be a shark on shark tank.
*I want to own multiple properties.
* I want to own a Lamborghini Murcielago, exotic cars and many motorcycles.

2. What beliefs have we've been Conditioned with -

* Go to school, work hard, save your money, buy a house, get married, have kids, retire.
* The best things come to those who wait.
* A good mechanic always looks after his tools.
* You must be patient.
* Reading is hard and tiresome
* Children should be seen, not heard.
* If your going to do something do it right the first time.

Here are a few things of what I want and what has been conditioned in my mind.

If your reading this, try it out for your self and see what could possibly be holding you back from succeeding and crushing 2016.

God is in us, health is real and make dreams your daily routine.

Have a great day today.
