This was a very impactful video for me. The thought of Legacy being looked at as greater than currency is a Big Fucking deal.

It's the biggest thing to me because of my current life position. I have a great job but it's not what I want to do for my life.

The big picture is what I'm living for and when I hear a multimillionaire say this is what it's a;; about then I'm all on board.

I create content and create, create, create more and more. I am forcing myself to work. I'm changing my surroundings and the things I listen to every day.

I fucking with everything in my life to make a global Legacy. I try and do things to stay as active as possible. I can't wait until I look back on this post and say.

I kept it going and didn't stop striving and now I'm here. Fucking look at me mutherfucker.

Something New

So, I've deciding to quit reading so much material and start doing more.

Today, I reached that boiling point of fuck it and start put myself out to the world.

Have you ever reached a point in your life where you need to quit learning so much and just start doing?

Well, that's what I'm on now.  So far, I've sent 6 emails to different companies looking for blog help.

I figure I can start will doing work for free to start gaining some experience and eventually turn that free work, into paying work.

I don't know what to hell I'm going to do, I don't know what the projects are going to look like. But, I've been reading a bunch, watching a bunch of youtube videos, downloaded a bunch of apps, started reading a new book.

I'm currently reading "Ogilvy on Advertising". I read he's like one of the Gods of copy writing and advertising, so it only makes sense for me to start with his book.




It;s definitely worth the read. Right now int he book, he's talking about the importance of research and knowing the audience you are writing for. He also talks about the importance of continously learning your craft and being the best in your field.

But let's see how things go. I'm starting to put myself out to the world.

I'm ready to do my best and work my hardest to deliver great copy and possibly make someone some sales. I'm ready!

The start of my writing career is officially beginning.

I hope all of you are going after your dreams and goals. Hopefully one day, we can share the experience of wanting to make something happen and really live up to it and beyond.

I got a new job.

If you read my previous post, you know how frustration I was with my current employer. Them not trying to grow with this new world we live in. Just sad. They were on my nerves and they acted like they had all the answers, because of their previous success. But they can't realize that the world they use to live in is gone and never coming back.

This is how I wanted to talk to them and them. Kayne said it best for me:

THEY DON'T HAVE THE ANSWERS...

Since, it's not my business and they specifically told, not to don't worry about their business and worry about myself, that exactly what I did. I took things into my own hands and got another job.

I still work with them, on a straight commission bases to help keep the clients I was working with happy. And at the end of the day, we're both still making money from those clients. That's all that really matter to me now, working with them moving forward.

So I start the new job this Monday. I got a job at ADT. Yea, the security company. It's cool, I guess.

The only reason why I have to have a job is because I have a family to take care of. I have my fiance, who makes a few hundred bucks watching our god son/nephew and my 2 year old son.

My real plan is to start a digital marketing company and start building my own clientele. I'm getting better with my marketing skills. I'm currently doing free work to build my skills and I'm taking some online courses. I plan to start really marketing myself toward mid July of this year.

I'm still building my confidence in getting in front of someone and telling them what I can do for them. I've done some facebook ads and seeing the small results I received, I can only imagine what it's going to be like when I really get it. I've also started to reach out to different online digital marketers and their reaching back helping me out and getting me going.

Well see, hopefully I can keep this going and document my progress.

To be honest, I feel like I'm battling with myself to stay focused. I'm reaching a point in my life where I'm really getting tired of the same results. There was a time in my life where I was winning at everything. I had a really nice car with t.v's, rims, loud ass 15" speakers. I lived on my own, my rent was like $1600 a month, I was paying it with ease by myself. I went clubbing damn near everyday, I had a lot of female cuddle buddies and I was shopping all the damn time. I was always the guy that had no problem paying for everybody when we went out. I always had money. Good times.

When I look back at the same time, I realize how much I didn't know and how much more I could've accomplished, if I had the right people in my life. I was just blowing money. But I'm so happy I went through that and did it.

I've learned so much and I have so much experience from all those experiences. I'm really proud of myself. Even though life is not exactly where I saw it would be when I was younger. It's going in the direction I want it to and I'm in full control.

I'll end this here. But man, this new world we live in and the opportunities available to us right now is endless.

This is a powerful video from Gary Vaynerchuk. I know what he is saying and I hear him loud and clear. It's so clear that I've listened to this back to back to get it. I am not where I want to be but I am very proud of where I've taken myself. Watch this video and learn. If you want to move and do something you've never done before and it's positive Do it. Stop holding yourself back. Document your life inspire the world and move forward.

I woke up today listening to Seth Godin and Gary Vaynerchuk on the Gary Vee Show.. These guys make me realize the importance of just being yourself. They are two of the same type of people but they are so different. Seeing them interact together is kinda funny, Gary is a super content, social media guy and Seth is not. 

The message I got out of their conversation today was to be yourself. Follow your own path by setting your own personal goals, and connect. Seth's argument is that every person has the ability to succeed and make a difference and Gary is the opposite, if you do not have the chops then it's just not in your period.

This is a Must watch video

This video gave me a interesting push. I am 32 years old and I find myself mentally beating myself up, because I know I have a bigger calling in life. I feel like I'm am on the right path but I have more to learn, more work to do and more thing to experience. I've really been focusing on myself and my personal goals. I recently start changing the people I associate with outside of work. I am at a point where, I would rather stay at home and read to listen to someone who has a forward thinking mindset or do something constructive like blogging, or creating videos or editing something. For years I would only focus on the cool ideas I had, put in small amounts of effort and expect these huge return/results because I felt like tried hard enough but in reality I didn't. Like this blog for instance, I am changeling myself everyday to wake up at 6am, read, listen, write, exercise and give some type of value to the world. 

I am the captain on a journey and without creating some type of map for myself, I will never discover anything truly satisfying.  With with this new knowledge provided by Gary, I plan to use it. Unlike my past idea's, I am reaching a point to where if I don't begin to work, I will end up like some of my family members and that thought fuckin hunts me.

Gary's USC Talk

I have been going through each of Gary Vee's videos on a daily basis. It's nice to see how much his business and success changed online. Unlike other people who give great advice and tell you what to do to make your business grow and succeed. Gary has put in so much work, you can basically watch him grow from nothing to something on his youtube channel. This talk he gives to USC entrepreneurs is great, he tells them what they need to hear and it's great to feel like I am sitting in the class with them, sucking up this great knowledge. He is leading by example and I will not stop listening to his shit. Gary's direct approach, is the best approach. 

Since I've been listening to him, it's been assisting me in working and staying on top of my personal goals. This last week I've been jogging, doing push up, blogging, working on being more goal oriented. I think it's funny how I start focusing on my personal goals and getting things done and my sales at work begin to slow down. Since I've been posting on my blogs and trying to create content I have been fuckin suckin at work and I think it's fuckin weird. I am a motorcycle salesman working straight commission and I am currently going through my speed bump. I feel great knowing that I can recognize it is a speed bump and it's bringing out the best in me, which me smile but I need to get these sales increased. 

I always figured when a person begins to focus on their goals, the vibe of life starts to get better, the vibrations start to move towards positive results and money starts to flow. What I think actually happens is the vibration of life tightens and takes all of the air out of you to see how bad you want to succeed. If we as people want change we must fight for it and I think i am learning this right now. This is my testament and I will continue updating my progress of life, work, personal journeys and my many interest. With the right amount of work and the right amount value given, I know my work slump is going to pass and it will make my blog much more interesting. Thanks for reading my morning rant.

I have a huge amount of respect of Gary Vee. I watch his work on a daily bases and I am currently working on myself to work and have a better work ethic. I would suggest to a person who is trying to figure out what to do with themselves, to listen to some of his work. He has great ideas for marketing and a very dominate attitude towards make life happen for your self.

It's amazing the way Gary Vee explains things. He allows me think consciously think of the possibilities of life and acting on a vision "Now". I would hate to watch life go by and only achieve what my 9-5 job allowed me. I am Thankful to have landed on this video tonight. I hope who ever watches this enjoys.
