Today we learned the importance of good night sleep. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep is great for the the body but after learning about the science tested times of sleep, 8 hours is not the key to great sleep. The key is getting to sleep between 9:30-10:30pm. This allows our bodies to fully shut down and it fully replenishes our system to so we feel energized and wide awake in the morning.

To put this into action, try to go to sleep before 9:30-10am tonight. See if you notice a difference in your mind and body.
